Nook On The Hill is a luxury self-contained tiny house located at 32 Pioneer Lane, Halls Gap VIC 3381. We're operated by Benjamin Bailey-Webb. You can reach us at [email protected].
What information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways:
When you make a booking, your name, email address, phone number and payment details are collected through our booking platform, Lodgify. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
When you contact us directly, we collect your name and email address so we can respond to your enquiry.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address through MailerLite.
When you visit our website, we may collect anonymised data about how you use the site through Google Analytics, and we use a Meta Pixel to help us understand the effectiveness of our advertising. These only activate if you consent via our cookie banner.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and manage your booking, communicate with you about your stay, send you our newsletter if you've subscribed, and improve our website and marketing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Our website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning and are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are only set if you choose to allow them.
